Disabling your antivirus software, or excluding the submit tool from it might
fix the connection issue. Windows Defender is used by most people, so below you can find a link to an
article explaining how to exclude a program from it. If you are using any other antivirus software, you
should be able to access it's control panel by finding it's icon in the icon tray (the up arrow on the
far right of the taskbar), and right clicking it. The process varies depending on which antivirus you're
using, so we recommend using google for this step.
Whitelisting the submit tool in the Windows Firewall might fix the connection
issue. We've made a simple script to automate this process, which you can download by clicking the link
below. The script must be ran in the same folder as the submit tool (for example, the downloads folder),
and it must be ran as administrator (right click > Run as administrator) for it to work.
Connecting to a VPN might fix the connection issue. We recommend using
Cloudflare WARP, as it is very simple to install and doesn't require making an account. Click the link
below to download the WARP installer, and open it once downloaded to proceed with the installation.
After WARP
is installed, it should open itself automatically in the bottom right corner. Accept any popups if
necessary, and click the big switch button to connect. Once connected, restart the submit tool and try
submitting again.
Being connected to a personal hotspot while submitting your order might also
fix the connection issue. And YES, you can connect to a personal hotspot even if you don't have a wifi
card in your PC. You can plug your phone in with a USB cable and connect to it that way. If you don't
know how to enable your personal hotspot, Google it.
